PENGARUH GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN, LINGKUNGAN KERJA DAN DISIPLIN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN (STUDI KASUS DI P.T. GAPURA ANGKASA CABANG BANDARA HALIM PERDANA KUSUMA JAKARTA)
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment, work discipline on employee performance, either partially or simultaneously. The type of research used by researchers is a quantitative approach. Population in this research is all employees of P.T.. Gapura Angkasa Branch Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport which numbered as many as 180 people, the researchers took a sample of 100 respondents who are employees of P.T.. Gapura Angkasa Halim Perdana Kusuma Airport Branch. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression. The results showed that there are positive and significant effect of leadership style, work discipline, work environment on employee performancevariables, either partially or simultaneously. In addition, work discipline variables is the most significant variables affecting employee performance.Thus, the suggestion of this research is expected the management can provide stimuli (stimulus) to the employees in improving the quality and quantity of the work through the award of achievement and sanction for the action of indisipliner and create a safe and comfortable working environment for employees in doing work activities.
