Users are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full-text articles in this journal without prior permission from the publisher or the authors, provided that proper credit is given to the original authors as stated under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).

The Creative Commons license and copyright tools provide a balanced alternative to the traditional “all rights reserved” approach established by copyright law. These tools allow individual creators, as well as large organizations and institutions, to grant copyright permissions for their works in a clear and standardized manner.
