Lampongayo [email protected] Mita Erdiaty Takaendengan [email protected] Fonny Sangari [email protected] <p><strong>Purpose: </strong>Minahasa Utara has now become one of the continuously developing regions thanks to the ongoing construction, especially due to its status as a Special Economic Zone (SEZ). The Likupang SEZ is expected to become the center of regional economic growth, thereby positively impacting the surrounding areas, including Kulu Village located in North Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi, which has various natural tourism potentials that have not yet been fully utilized. Some of them include captivating diving and snorkeling spots, exotic mangrove forests, and Paniki Island, which holds a wealth of local ecosystems and culture. The development of tourist attractions is directed as a mainstay sector to drive economic growth, increase local revenue, expand job opportunities, and enhance the recognition and marketing of products in order to boost the tourism industry. Kulu Village in Wori District, which has an area of mangrove forest, beautiful sea views, and cool air, makes it a good location for a tourist destination. With the conduct of this research, the potential of the Mangrove Forest Tourism can be known by many people and can be visited by tourists.</p> <p><strong>Research method: </strong>The method used involves direct observation in the field with the managers of the Mangrove Forest Tourism to understand the potential it possesses as well as the available facilities. Data analysis conducted based on the 4A. (Attraction, Accessibility, Amenity, Anciallary).</p> <p><strong>Result and dicussion:</strong> The results of this study indicate that mangrove forest tourism has the potential to become a leading tourist attraction in North Minahasa, supported by existing facilities and good management. Accessibility that can be reached even though the road conditions are good enough to be traversed by two vehicles at the same time. Amenities available at the Mangrove Forest Tourism site include gazebos, restaurants, and a mini café with a fairly complete menu. And the support from the local government and the North Minahasa Regency Tourism Office. Overall, the Mangrove Forest Tourism in Kulu Village has great potential as an attractive and sustainable ecotourism destination if it continues to be well-managed and supported by adequate infrastructure.</p> <p><strong>Implication: </strong>The implications are ecological preservation, the benefits of mangrove forests for the surrounding economic development, and cultural empowerment through sustainable planning. The challenges also include limited infrastructure, environmental risks, and accessibility gaps. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data analysis used in this research is SWOT.</p> <p><strong>Results and discussion:</strong>The results of this research are the strategies that can be implemented in developing the Cemagi Tourism Village to increase the number of tourist visits, including: (1) SO Strategy: Creating Cemagi trek tour packages, agrotourism and cultural tourism, and making promotions about Cemagi's tourism; (2) WO Strategy to improve infrastructure or create infrastructure that supports tourism in Cemagi; (3) ST Strategy: Creating a different program from other tourist villages; (4) WT Strategy Create a village security program.</p> <p><strong>Implication:</strong> Based on the results and discussion of this research, the researcher recommends implementing the strategies that she has created, such as improving the existing infrastructure in the Cemagi Tourism Village. The tourist village should be more aggressive in its promotion, especially on social media. It would be better to collaborate with travel agents when selling tour packages. Focusing on the case study of Gastronomy Feast at The 101 Fontana Seminyak, the research aims to identify key factors contributing to sustainability and propose actionable strategies for enhancing the economic, social, and environmental aspects of the business model.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> A qualitative research approach was employed, utilizing semi-structured interviews, observations, document studies, and literature review. Interviews were conducted with stakeholders involved in organizing and managing Gastronomy Feast events, while observations provided firsthand insights into event operations. Document studies were conducted to supplement primary data, and a comprehensive literature review was undertaken to contextualize the findings within existing knowledge.</p> <p><strong>Results and discussion:</strong> The analysis revealed significant findings regarding the sustainable aspects of the business model for Gastronomy Feast at The 101 Fontana Seminyak. Economic sustainability is supported through partnerships with local businesses and revenue diversification. Social sustainability is emphasized through community engagement and cultural preservation. Environmental sustainability is promoted through waste reduction and eco-friendly practices. The discussion explores the interconnectedness of these dimensions and proposes integrated strategies for enhancing overall sustainability.</p> <p><strong>Implication:</strong> The findings provide practical insights for stakeholders in the convention and event industry, particularly within gastronomy tourism destinations. By understanding the key factors driving sustainability in the business model of Gastronomy Feast at The 101 Fontana Seminyak, practitioners can adapt similar strategies to promote sustainable development. Social interaction, community, stakeholders, and community empowerment are the theoretical basis for this research.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> The research method used is descriptive qualitative research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation. Data credibility uses triangulation (sources and methods) and documentation studies. Data collection was carried out until it reached the data saturation point.</p> <p><strong>Results and discussion:</strong> The results of the analysis in this study show that the interaction patterns that occur in Braga Creative Tourism Urban Village are familiar in nature. In conclusion, the Braga Creative Tourism Urban Village program has a very good goal to be implemented in the Braga location which has great potential or opportunity to empower the community to become a self-sufficient society. However, running the Braga Creative Tourism Urban Village program requires clear direction and execution and has standards, so that the progress of the program can run optimally.</p> <p><strong>Implication:</strong> The implication for growth and development in Braga Creative Tourism Urban Village for Pokdarwis is by conducting professional training, consistent content schedules, advertising on social media, and creating tour packages that have a clear price structure. This study identifies the most important components of service quality, including reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and physical evidence. By knowing these components, managers can be more effective in providing resources to meet visitor expectations.</p> <p><strong>Research methods: </strong>According to this study, there are five main dimensions of service quality that affect the visitor experience of Taman Safari Puncak Bogor: reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibles. Although the evaluations are positive, the main problems are the lack of interaction in educational information and speed of service. To improve the visitor experience, solutions include automated ticketing systems and interactive digital technologies.</p> <p><strong>Results and discussion: </strong>The results of the study at Taman Safari Indonesia Puncak Bogor showed that workers were very committed to handling customer complaints. However, the complaint handling process still needs to be improved, especially in terms of department coordination and quick response. A SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats) analysis showed several strengths. Examples of strengths include friendly and professional staff and receiving positive reviews. Weaknesses, such as poor queue management and inadequate public facilities on holidays, have been a concern. Using queue management technology and promotions are opportunities to improve the visitor experience, while competition from other destinations and changes in consumer behavior are threats. This study aims to provide practical advice to management on how to improve service quality and attract more people.</p> <p><strong>Implication: </strong>This study emphasizes that Taman Safari Indonesia Puncak Bogor needs to improve its services to better meet visitors’ expectations. Key improvements should focus on accelerating services and providing more interactive educational content. The application of technology such as automated ticketing systems and digital guide applications can streamline the service process and create a more engaging learning experience. The data collected using google form with 70 respondents from tourists who visited Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran.</p> <p><strong>Results and discussion:</strong> The findings of this study indicate that tourist destinations influence the tourist satisfaction positively. Meanwhile, this study finds that amenity and accessibility in tourist destinations need to be improved.</p> <p><strong>Implication:</strong> This research was conducted to provide developments in the Gunung Api Purba Nglanggeran. Data collection methods include literature reviews, interviews, and field observations. Descriptive qualitative analysis was used to interpret the findings.</p> <p><strong>Result and Discussion</strong>: Observations of the hotel’s Instagram account demonstrate the effectiveness of social media as a marketing tool. Instagram’s billion active users provide extensive promotional opportunities, allowing businesses to engage audiences through images, videos, and stories creatively. Influencers are critical in building trust and expanding product reach, while official accounts manage brand visibility and customer relationships. Instagram Highlights effectively organize and present key messages, fostering cohesive brand narratives. The strategic use of Instagram at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta International Expo emphasizes visuals, personal connections, and guest engagement, proving its effectiveness in boosting brand visibility and enhancing promotional efforts.</p> <p><strong>Implications</strong>: The marketing strategies for Holiday Inn Express Jakarta International Expo Hotel involve enhancing product quality and service offerings to increase occupancy rates and revenue. Online marketing, mainly through platforms like Instagram, has become crucial in the hotel’s marketing mix. Many people have recently experienced stress at work and even among students. The ongoing trend is to travel, which could reduce stress levels and increase happiness.</p> <p><strong>Research methods:</strong> This quantitative study uses statistical data analysis with the Normal P-P Plot test and Pearson Correlation test.
