PENGARUH KENYAMANANKERJA, UPAH, LINGKUNGAN, DAN MOTIVASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA KARYAWANSEKOLAH TINGGI PARIWISATA SAHID JAKARTA

Abstract

Competition field of education efforts are now increasingly complex and varied. To survive and thrive, companies must be able to develop programs that attract public. Also developing resources to achieve the goal, ie profit. For example, College of Tourism Sahid Jakarta established since March 23, 1983. Thus, human resources have an important role in the company. This study to see the effect of the convenience of work, wages, work environment, and motivation on job satisfaction at the College of Tourism Sahid Jakarta. The research method used is quantitative with a sample of 50 respondents. Respondents were considered to represent because it has competence. The result is partially good comfort of work, wages, and working environment there is no influence on job satisfaction at the College of Tourism Sahid Jakarta. So, the only motivation that has an influence on employee job satisfaction High School of Tourism Sahid Jakarta.
